  • If you are member of our CCB Club Loyalty Program and hold a gold club card, you can claim your World Debit MasterCard right now. If you do not hold a gold club card but you qualify for it (you use a CCB credit product for over EUR 10,225.84 (BGN 20,000) or you have bank account balance of over  EUR 10,225.84 (BGN 20,000) you can claim both your club and debit card;

Important clarification! Upon the dual indication of the amounts in accordance with the Law on the Introduction of the Euro in the Republic of Bulgaria, the Bank presents the amounts in Euros with their respective indication in Levs, using the distinctive symbol (BGN). The indication in Euros and Levs has been made, using the official exchange rate 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.

You have the possibility to receive information about the transactions and balances of your accounts and cards in the bank, manage your bank cards, negotiate exchange rates for currency purchase and sale, receive information about the status of your credit products, and pay utility bills;
  • Internet Banking - With this service you can quickly and safely make real-time transactions with your funds without visiting a CCB office – you need a computer, an Internet connection, and a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES).

  • The SMS Detective service provides you with protection against fraud and misuse of your card. You will receive an SMS immediately after using your card at the time of payment at a point of sale, on the Internet, or in case of cash withdrawals. If you receive a SMS for a transaction that you have not ordered, immediately call the bank's 24-hour phones to block your card;
  • With CCB E-Secure you receive additional protection when shopping on the Internet with your card. Registration and use of E-Secure are completely free. The service is carried out jointly with card organizations Visa and Mastercard, having different names for the two organizations: Mastercard Identity Check/Mastercard SecureCode for Mastercard; Visa Secure/Verified by Visa or VbV for Visa. The service uses the 3-D Secure protocol, created to be an additional layer of security for online transactions with credit and debit cards. The "Secure Internet Payments" (E-Secure) service includes a two-factor authentication model for cardholders, by combining two separate components - a dynamic password and a static password for Internet payments, which are entered by the authorized user to confirm payment operations with a bank card;
