How to park in three steps?
Get started Open “Parking zone” in the blink menu and create a vehicle profile.
Position Select your vehicle and click “Use location.” The city and the correct area will load automatically.
Finalize Select your stay duration and the account you’d like to pay with, enter your PIN or use biometric authentication to confirm, and enjoy your day.
* All done! You'll immediately see a timer showing the remaining time and a button to extend your stay.

No. That’s one of the main advantages - with "Parking zone" you pay only the actual cost of parking.
- In which cities is the service available?
You can use the "Parking zone" service in over 25 cities across Bulgaria — from bustling Sofia to your favorite seaside and winter resorts.
- How does the system know that I've paid?
When you pay through the app, the data is transmitted in real time to the information system of the relevant municipality or urban mobility center. Inspectors see the license plate number marked as “paid” on their devices, just as they do when payments are made via SMS.
- Do I have to enter my license plate number every time?
No. The first time you use the service, you need to save your vehicle information. The app lets you set a default vehicle, which will be loaded automatically every time you open the "Parking zone" menu.
- Can I register more than one vehicle?
Yes, you can add a list of several vehicles—personal, company, or other. When parking, you must select the correct number from "Vehicle."
- How do I edit or delete a vehicle profile?
From the "Profiles" menu, you can edit or delete a vehicle profile.
- What happens if my GPS location isn't accurate?
The app automatically suggests a city and zone based on your location.
Important: Always check whether the suggested zone (Blue or Green) matches the street sign. If your GPS is off, you can manually adjust the zone before confirming.
- Can I pay for more than one hour at a time?
Yes. Unlike with SMS, where you have to send a message every hour, here you can choose a stay of 2, 3, or 4 hours right from the start (depending on the maximum stay allowed in that specific zone). The app will calculate the total amount, and you can pay it with a single confirmation.
- Will I receive a reminder before the time runs out?
Yes, if you've enabled push notifications for the app.
The app sends a notification 10 and 5 minutes before the end of your paid stay, giving you the option to extend your stay with just a few taps.
- Can I pay for a zone through the app if its operating hours haven’t started yet (e.g., at 7:30 a.m.)?
No. The app only allows payments during the zone's operating hours. If you try to pay at 7:30 a.m., the app will display the error message "The zone is outside operating hours."
