CCB Mobile - a mobile application of CCB Plc

The CCB Mobile service can be used by adult natural persons who are customer of CCB AD. The mobile banking application can be used on the following operating systems and mobile devices:

  • operating system: iOS 8.0 + (API level 21) +, Android 4.0.3 (API level 15) +.
  • devices: iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5S, 5C, 6, 6+, 6S, 6S+, 5SE, iPad (excluding iPad 1) and all Android 4.0.3 (API level 15) + mobile devices

Via CCB Mobile you can:

  • make domestic or international payments in BGN and any other foreign currency - between your own accounts, to any recipients and to predefined counterparties.
  • make express interbank payments in BGN through RINGS.
  • confirm mass files entered through CCB Online with QES without limit.
  • confirm transfers entered through CCB Online with QES without limit.
  • make payment transfers to the budget.
  • perform bank card management operations, receive bank card transaction information.
  • request information on recent movements and statements for an account over a certain period.
  • buy or sell foreign currency.
  • pay utility bills.
  • make payments with a 10-digit code.
  • negotiate foreign exchange rates when making transfers and buying and selling currency.
  • receive reference information and statements on all accounts opened with CCB Plc.
  • get reference information about the status of credit obligations of individuals.
  • perform repayment of payables on consumer loans and credit cards.
  • print payment orders, icluding SWIFT/SEPA confirmations.

You can use the CCB Mobile on more than one mobile device.



LIMITS

  • icon Transfers between accounts of the same customer without limit
  • icon Transfers to arbitrary beneficiaries up to BGN 4'000 per 24 hours
  •  Transfers to counterparties, payment of utility bills and payments to the budget up to BGN 8'000 per 24 hours


* There is no limit for confirmation of transfers and mass payments in CCB Mobile, ordered via CCB Online.

     Each transfer is confirmed by PIN, fingerprint or face print. Face recognition is only available for iOS.

How can you sign up for CCB Mobile?

To use the CCB Mobile service, you need:

  • To download and install on your SmartPhone/iPhone the mobile application CCBank Mobile App through GooglePlay or App store.
  • To file an application for the service here by setting up a username and a password or to receive them in a Bank's office
  • To file an application for the registration of one or more mobile devices.
  • To visit a Bank's office to activate the service and mobile devices and to present your valid identity document.

If you have already signed up for CCB Online service with QES or CCB Lite, you need:

  • To download and install on your SmartPhone/iPhone the mobile application CCB Mobile through App store or GooglePlay.
  • To enter in the application your user name and password for CCB Online or CCB Lite.
  • To file an application for the registration of one or more mobile devices.
  • To visit a Bank's office to activate the service and mobile devices and to present your valid identity document.
