Join the program,  claiming your club card online, at the branches of Central Cooperative Bank, at the merchants’ shops or at free phone number *5050 (Call charges are based on the tariffs and policies of the customer's mobile operator. Calls to a short number may not be included in the free minute package for which CCB cannot be held responsible).

Your club card is necessary to you, to receive the rebates from the merchants at CCB Club. The rebates are in the form of bonus points, which you receive on your club card. You use the points collected by you for new purchases at the merchants.

In order to enjoy discounts at the merchants

  • In order to receive points upon your purchases at the merchants, it is necessary to comply with one of the four requirements:
  • To receive your salary at an account with CCB;
  • To have a loan or credit card from CCB;
  • To have card Debit MasterCard "CCB - A1";
  • Or just have an active account with CCB.

Claim your club card, even if you are not a client of CCB. You may open an account with the Bank, when you receive your card “CCB Club” at a branch of CCB.

If temporarily you do not comply with any of the four requirements, you can use the points collected so far, but you will not receive new points upon your purchases at the merchants. Within one month, after you comply with any of the requirements, again you will start receiving new points at the merchants.

When and where you receive the card?

Your club card will be ready within 6 working days, after you order it at CCB, at any of the merchants, on the Internet or on the phone. If you fill in an application for a card at LUKOIL or during a flight with Bulgaria air, first we will call you for confirmation and the card will be ready 6 work days after the call.

You will receive your club card at a CCB branch, selected by you, together with the PIN and the password for access to the program site. This password is necessary to you to check on the Internet your card balance  at any time.

Upon receiving your card we recommend to you:

  • To make sure that at CCB we have your up to date e-mail and  GSM, so that you do not miss our special offers and the inclusion of interesting new merchants.
  • To change your PIN at any ATM of CCB. The PIN is necessary to you, when you pay with bonus points at the merchants.
  • To specify your name and surname in Latin according to international passport. This is important for you to receive your points for Bulgaria Air tickets.
  • To make sure that you comply with any of the requirements to receive rebates

Even more preferential cards

The rebates at the merchants in the Program you enjoy with each card “CCB Club”. If you want to receive additional preferences in the future, take advantage of our special Silver and Golden card CCB Club.

The requirement to receive a Silver card is to have at least 1,022.58 EUR (2,000 BGN) on accounts with CCB or to use a credit product of CCB for at least 1,022.58 EUR (2,000BGN). For a Golden card it is necessary to have at least 10,25.84 EUR (20,000 BGN) on accounts with CCB or to use a credit product of CCB for at least 10,25.84 EUR (20,000 BGN) .

Regarding the adoption of the euro as the national currency, we would like to inform you about the changes that have occurred regarding your bonus points accumulated through Central Cooperative Bank's loyalty program – CCB Club..

Revaluation of Bonus Points after the Introduction of the Euro

Following the adoption of the euro as the official monetary unit in the Republic of Bulgaria, effective from January 1, 2026, the bonus points accumulated on your customer account as of December 31, 2025, have been automatically revaluated, with their value being divided by the official exchange rate of 1.95583. A single bonus point is equal to one cent.

Rounding Rules for Conversion

After the conversion is performed, the resulting amount will be rounded to the second decimal place, according to the following mathematical rules:

  • If the third digit after the decimal point is less than five, the second digit after the decimal point remains unchanged;
  • If the third digit after the decimal point is equal to or greater than five, the second digit after the decimal point increases by one.

As a participant in CCB Club, you earn from your purchases at truly major retailers. Get exclusive discounts from LUKOIL, Bulgaria Air, HomeMax stores, Posoka Kom, KOOP Retail Chain, Grand Optics, Joy Optics, Armeec, A1, and BM Market stores.

The discounts are given in the form of bonus points. You receive them on your personal CCB Club loyalty card. Order your loyalty card now if you don't have one yet.

During the purchase, you pay the full value, and the points accumulate on your loyalty card. You choose how you will pay - in cash, via bank transfer, or with a bank card from Central Cooperative Bank. With any debit or credit card from CCB, you receive points when shopping with the retailers.

With the bonus points collected from all retailers, you make new purchases with them. You decide when you will use the points, what you will use them for, and at which of the CCB Club retailers.

Don't have enough points for the entire purchase? Not a problem. You can use bonus points to pay for just a part of the purchase, provided the amount is not under  2.56 EUR (5.00 BGN). With every bonus point, you pay one cent of the purchase. The collected points are used for purchases, but not for cash withdrawal.

! The option for partial payment with points for purchases at Lukoil sites is temporarily suspended.

The suspension is necessary due to changes in Regulation No. H-18 of 2006 of the Ministry of Finance on the registration and reporting of sales in commercial establishments using fiscal devices, the requirements for the software managing them, and the requirements for persons conducting sales through an electronic store.

You have the peace of mind that only you can shop with your loyalty card. You pay with it at CCB Club retailers by entering a PIN code or signing a purchase slip.

You can check the available points on your loyalty card in several ways:

  • Check Your Points online – Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) in the field for the username (EGN in Bulgarian). The access password is written on the cardboard slip you receive along with your card. Select "Available Points." You will receive information not only about available points but also about all card activity – purchases where points were accrued and purchases where points were used. If you wish, you can change your password for access to the program's website.
  • At CCB branches – You can also receive information about available points and all card activity at CCB branches.
  • At the retailers – You can check the available points on your card on the POS terminal at CCB Club retailers by entering the card's PIN code.
