Upon the dual indication of the amounts in accordance with the Law on the Introduction of the Euro in the Republic of Bulgaria, the Bank presents the amounts in Euros with their respective indication in Levs, using the distinctive symbol (BGN). The indication in Euros and Levs has been made, using the official exchange rate 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.

- Interest rate of 4.30% for the entire loan period
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
You have stable and sufficient income
You work under a permanent employment contract and are an employee in the state and municipal sector
You have at least six months of continuous employment in your current position
COLLATERAL
No guarantor loan up to EUR 10 000
One guarantor loan over EUR 10 000
- for customers with a net income over EUR 800 and a salary transfer to the bank or a commitment, no guarantor is required for a loan up to EUR 20 000
- for customers with a net income up to EUR 800 and a salary transfer to the bank or a commitment, no guarantor is required for a loan up to EUR 25 000
- for customers with a net income over EUR 1 500 and a salary transfer to the bank or a commitment, one guarantor with a net income of at least EUR 1 000 is required for a loan from EUR 25 000 to EUR 30 000
- for customers with a net income over EUR 1 500 and a salary transfer to the bank or a commitment, one guarantor with a net income of at least EUR 1 250 is required for a loan over EUR 30 000
* at the bank's discretion, a guarantor or co-obligor may be required
For loans in EUR:
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) amounts 4.78% for a loan of EUR 10 000, with a repayment period of 7 years at an interest rate of 4.4% and a monthly account servicing fee of EUR 1.30 for a card payment account. The interest rate is based on the basic reference interest rate for consumer loans (ORLP Pk) for the relevant currency + interest rate margin. The total amount payable is EUR 11 746.30 with a monthly installment of EUR 138.54. Please refer to the methodology of CCB for determining ORLP Pk.
For loans in BGN:
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) amounts 4.77% for a loan of BGN 20 000, with a repayment period of 7 years at an interest rate of 4.4% and a monthly account servicing fee of BGN 2.54 for a card payment account. The interest rate is based on the basic reference interest rate for consumer loans (ORLP Pk) for the relevant currency + interest rate margin. The total amount payable is BGN 23 487.24 with a monthly installment of BGN 277.07. Please refer to the methodology of CCB for determining ORLP Pk.
