How is my bank account opened and operated?
Accounts can be opened in all offices of the Bank.

For companies registered under the Commerce Act and those registered before 1 January 2008 but not yet re-registered with the Registry Agency, the following documents are required:

·         account opening application;

·         specimen of the signatures of the persons entitled to dispose of the money on the account;

·         copy of the document authorizing the persons to dispose of the money on the account;

·         certificate of court registration;

·         valid certificate of good standing;

·         extract from the articles of association establishing the powers to dispose of the company's assets;

certificate of registration under BULSTAT;

·         official stamp.

For companies re-registered with the Registry Agency or newly registered after 1 January 2008, the following documents are required:

·         account opening application;

·         specimen of the signatures of the persons entitled to dispose of the money on the account;

·         official stamp.

For companies registered under other laws:

·         account opening application;

·         specimen of the signatures of the persons entitled to dispose of the money on the account;

·         copy of the document authorizing the persons to dispose of the money on the account;

·         certificate of court registration;

·         valid certificate of good standing;

·         extract from the articles of association establishing the powers to dispose of the company's assets;

·         certificate of registration under BULSTAT;

·         official stamp.

·         Using CCB Online Internet Banking system is an easy and convenient way to manage and operate with the funds on your accounts from the computer in your office.

·         You can control the status of your account by means of SMS notifications to your mobile phone if you have subscribed to the services of M-Tel, GloBul and Vivatel. You do not need to visit the bank or make a phone call to receive information on the current balance and movements on your account.
