Easy - info stands for easy and up-to-date information about your available money. Easy - info gives you the option to check in real time the balance availability on your debit or credit card via Internet, phone or SMS. At any time, you can check the balance on your bank card.

With easy-info you can get information about your card balance at any time you want in two ways:

  • On the Internet - at www.epay.bg. The card must be registered for payment on the Internet;
  • Via SMS to your mobile phone - you need to register the card at an office of the Bank.
  • You can use both ways to get information simultaneously.

Via easy-info:

  • Timely, easy and convenient, you are informed about the balance availability on your card without using an ATM or visiting the bank;
  • Plan better your payments at the store or at the gas station, as only by one call or SMS you can check the balance on your card at the moment.

How to use easy-info

On the Internet - via ePay.bg

If you already have a registration for Internet payments via ePay.bg, you can immediately use the service:

  • Go to www.epay.bg, select "Login" and enter your username and password;
  • Select menu Report and then Card Balance. A statement containing the balance on all the cards you have registered at ePay.bg is displayed. Besides the balance, the statement also contains the account numbers and bank codes.

The service is available for all debit and credit cards issued by Central Cooperative Bank. The ePay.bg statement allows you to check the balance on your card, even if you are abroad. The bank card balance can only be checked on an ATM abroad for Visa, Visa Debit and Visa Electron cards.

Via SMS to a mobile phone

If you already have a registration for SMS balance check service, you can immediately use the service:

  • Send an SMS to 190091 for M-Tel subscribers and to 1618 for Globul subscribers with content: Nxxxxx. "N" stands for balance and "xxxxx" is your personal code received at the bank. For example, if your personal code is 1234, the content of the SMS message should be "N1234";
  • Within a few minutes by a single SMS you receive information about the balance on all of your subscribed cards.

The service is available for all CCB cards.

Differences between easy-info and SMS notifications

  • easy-info and the SMS notifications provide you with different information:

- via easy-info you become aware of the funds available on your card;
- via SMS notifications you become aware of the money you have on your CCB account.

  • This is due to the time difference between making a payment with the card and reflecting the effect on your bank account. For example, withdrawing cash from an ATM reduces the amount on your card immediately, but it is effected on your bank account on the next business day. And vice versa, depositing money on your account does not increase the amount on your card immediately, but within a few hours. Therefore, via SMS notifications, you can find out whether your salary has been transferred to your bank account, whether your loan instalment has been paid, etc., and by using easy-info you find out what you can pay with your card at the moment;
  • via easy-info you can get information at any moment, and via SMS notifications - at a time predetermined by you (in the morning, at noon, or in the evening);
  • via easy-info you get information about the balance availability on your card, and via SMS notifications - about the balance and the movements (receipts and payables) on your account;
    easy-info is a service intended for card accounts only, whereas SMS notifications are available for all bank accounts.
