Payment of utility bills at ATM
With the CCB debit and credit cards you can pay periodic bills from a cash dispenser immediately without prior registration or paying a visit to the bank.
From a cash dispenser, via "Payment of bills" you can pay your bill to:
- BTC (for subscribers from the whole country)
- Globul (for subscribers from the whole country)
- Elektrorazpredelenie (for subscribers from Blagoevgrad, Burgas, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Gorna Oryahovitsa, Dimitrovgrad,Dupnitsa, Kardzhali, Kyustendil, Lovech, Pavlikeni, Pazardzhik, Pernik, Pleven, Plovdiv, Razgrad, Svishtov, Sofia, Sofia Area, Harmanli, Haskovo, Yambol)
- M-tel (for subscribers from the whole country)
- Mobikom (for subscribers from the whole country)
- Toplofikacia (for subscribers in Varna, Pleven, Plovdiv and Sofia)
How bills are paid from a cash dispenser:
- Select "OTHER SERVICES"
- "PAYMENT OF BILLS"
- Select the relevant trader
- Enter the customer number
- Select whether you want a receipt
- A screen appears on which you can see the customer number, the amount to pay and the disposable balance on your account before payment.
- If you wish to make the transaction, select "PAYMENT".
From the "Payment of bills" menu you can pay with a debit card Maestro and credit card Market. All you need is to know your customer number.
From a cash dispenser, via "B-Pay" you can pay your bill to:

How payment from a cash dispenser is made:
- Select "OTHER SERVICES"
- Select "B-Pay"
- Enter TIN of the trader
- Enter the customer number
- Select whether you want a receipt
- A screen appears on which you can see the customer number, the amount to pay and the disposable balance on your account before payment.
- If you wish to make the transaction, select "PAYMENT"..
From "B-Pay" menu you can pay with a debit card Maestro or Visa Electron, with a credit card Market, MasterCard or Visa. You need to know your customer number as well as the TIN (code) of the trader.
Verification from a cash dispenser of the last 5 card transactions:
- From the "OTHER SERVICES" menu select "Verifications"
- Select "Last 5 transactions"
