With your debit card Maestro or credit card Market from CCB you can pay your bills on the phone through ePayVoice.
Picking up the receiver of your fixed or mobile phone you can pay your bills for electricity, heating, water, phone with your bank card, or simply to check their amounts.
From your phone with ePayVoice you can:

How to register in ePayVoice?
From a cash dispenser:
- From "Other services"menu, "Payment of bills", "ePayVoice" select "Registration";
- After confirmation the initial 8-digit access code appears that will be printed on the cash dispenser receipt. The 8-digit code is valid for 24 hours after receiving it;
- Enter 8-digit code on phone number 088 190010, in order to receive your permanent 4-digit code for access to the system. In the future payments can be done only from the phone from which you have made the registration. Registration from a cash dispenser is possible only if you connect to the system from a GSM, regardless of the mobile operator;
- On 088 190007 you can register at any time the customer numbers that you wish to pay via ePayVoice.
In the CCB office:
- Fill in the from where you indicate data about your bank card, the digit phones you will use for payments and the customer numbers for the services you wish to pay. You will receive an initial 8-digit code for access;
- Enter the 8-digit code on phone number 029210806or 088 190006, in order to receive your permanent 4-digit code for access to the system.
How can I pay via ePayVoice?
On 088 1900, 088 190008 or 029210808 you can obtain information about the amounts due by you as well as to pay them. Follow the system instructions and on request enter your individual 4-digit code. You will hear all the bills you can pay. You can pay a separate or all bills. The trader’s account is debited with the respective amount the next business day.
Can I pay other bills too?
Dialing 088 190008 or 029210808 you will not hear your bill and this will be so until you pay the overdue bill at the trader’s cash desk. Only bills to "Sofiyska voda" can be paid also after the deadline.
Have I missed the deadline for the bill payment?

How can I check my card disposable balance?
Call 088 190091 and follow the instructions of the operator. You will hear a statement about the card balance, account number and bank code.
How much do I pay for the use of ePayVoice?
The operator collects annual fees of 1 BGN for each registered by you customer number. For each payment bank collects fees according to its tariff.
All phone numbers of еPayVoice have no additional increase for the phone service and they are charged as any other of your phone calls.
I have forgotten my 4-digit code
Come to the CCB branch where you have made the registration and your 8-digit code will be reactivated.
If you have registered from a cash dispenser, enter the 8-digit code after phone number 088 190010, in order to receive a new 4-digit code.
When the validity term of my card expires?
It shall be renewed in the CCB branch where the initial registration was made.
At initial registration from a cash dispenser, again from the cash dispenser you will receive a new 8-digit code for access to ePayVoice. After phone number 088 190011 enter the new code together with your previous 4-digit code.
Most services such as payment and verification of bills, addition of new customer numbers are accessible also from phone number 088/1900.
